What is your role at RM Interiors? What is your favorite part of your job?

I am a senior field project manager. My favorite part of my job is seeing the growth in my direct reports and team.

What is your favorite memory while working at RM Interiors?

The first time we were able to increase order volume in Florida as a team. It really showed me the business impact a team can make in our company.

Where do you see the trend in flooring going in the next year?

Multifamily is going to be a key area of growth for our company in the next few years as the housing market changes.

What do you think sets RM Interiors apart from other companies like us?

Our service provided through quality checks, floor diagrams and customer relations shows we are committed to being a partner and not just a vendor.

What is a hidden gem in your city that everyone should check out?

Rodizio's Brazilian Steakhouse.

When it comes to flooring, do you prefer warm or cool tones?

Cool tones, mostly because not only do I love the cold, but cooler tones tend to make me feel more comfortable.

What do you wish more people knew about the flooring industry?

Flooring may not seem like the most important job out there, but it's the foundation for people's homes.
