This week, we’re getting to know a member of our Seattle, Washington flooring installation market.

Zsanett Faczan is a hard working account manager with their favorite hidden gems of the Pacific Northwest and why the rise in the vinyl flooring movement is here to stay.

Get to know Zsanett and RM Interiors:

What is your role at RM Interiors? What is your favorite part of your job?

My role is Account Manager for the Seattle Branch, located in Auburn WA. My favorite part about my job would be learning the new systems in place and challenging myself to learn a new industry.

What is your favorite memory while working at RM Interiors?

My favorite memory is being able to meet Elaina, Vanessa, Jake and Rick from the corporate office team in person. We were transitioning from Ribo to NetSuite at the time.

Where do you see the trend in flooring going in the next year?

I see that hard surface flooring is much preferred and carpeting is going away.

What do you think sets RM Interiors apart from other companies like us?

What is a hidden gem in your city that everyone should check out?

Athens Pizza & Pasta! It’s a family-owned restaurant which I have frequented since high school. Their baked pasta dishes are my favorite!

When it comes to flooring, do you prefer warm or cool tones?

Personally, I prefer cool tones.

What do you wish more people knew about the flooring industry?

I’ve learned that you must go with the flow and get creative if things don’t turn out the way you’d expect them to.
