Our core customers typically install the same materials in all of their properties, making it necessary for us to keep their products in stock so we can install for them quickly. When a customer changes their product selection, we work with them to get rid of the previous inventory but we’re often left with extra rolls of carpet and pallets of plank that are no longer being used.
