RM Interiors partnered with Bela Flor to deliver the full flooring package for Bela Olivia, a 112-home built-to-rent community in the greater Phoenix market. Our team supported the project from takeoffs through final walkthroughs, aligning product selections with Bela Flor’s design vision and the day-to-day realities of resident traffic and maintenance.
Across more than 120,000 square feet, RM Interiors installed RMX plank in living areas and bedrooms and EMSER tile in wet areas and entries. The finish schedule was built around other trades, allowing the builder to keep closings on track while maintaining clean, ready-to-show homes throughout the community.
Field Project Managers were onsite to coordinate crews, confirm layouts, and address punch-list items in real time. The result is a consistent, durable flooring package that supports faster make-readies, fewer callbacks, and a cohesive look from home to home.
