RM Interiors worked with Bela Flor on Woodcrest at Power Ranch, providing the flooring package across 120 townhome-style rental homes totaling more than 128,000 square feet.
Our scope included RMX plank throughout living areas and bedrooms, with EMSER tile in wet areas for a consistent, low-maintenance spec across the community.
Woodcrest at Power Ranch is a modern townhome community in Gilbert’s Power Ranch neighborhood, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with attached garages, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and in-home laundry.
