RM Interiors worked with AMH on Serene Gardens, providing the flooring package across 60 new single-family rental homes totaling roughly 120,000 square feet.
Our scope included MSI luxury vinyl plank throughout main living areas and bedrooms to create a consistent, low-maintenance spec across the community.
Serene Gardens is a pet-friendly AMH community in the Mountains Edge area of southwest Las Vegas. The homes feature open-concept floor plans with convenient access to nearby parks, trails, and major routes around the Las Vegas Valley.
