RM Interiors worked with TKR Construction on Covington Creek, providing the flooring package across 55 new rental homes totaling roughly 82,500 square feet.

Our scope included Urban Surfaces Studio 12 plank throughout main living areas and bedrooms for a consistent, maintenance-friendly spec.

Covington Creek is located in Covington, Georgia, and offers four- and five-bedroom homes for rent.
