Project

RM Interiors worked with D.R. Horton’s DHI Communities team on Ascend Morganton Park, providing the flooring package across 300 apartment homes totaling roughly 300,000 square feet.

Our scope included Mohawk DHI carpet, Emser DHI tile, and AHF American Personality Pro plank throughout the residences for a cohesive, maintenance-friendly spec.

Ascend Morganton Park is located in Southern Pines, North Carolina, and offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
