Project
RM Interiors worked with D.R. Horton on Talinn at Desert Ridge, providing the flooring package across 109 homes totaling roughly 250,000 square feet.
Our scope included Mohawk DRH carpet and Daltile DRH tile for a cohesive, maintenance-friendly spec throughout the community.
Talinn at Desert Ridge is located in the Desert Ridge master-planned area of North Phoenix, just off the Loop 101 near Desert Ridge Marketplace. The community offers a mix of three- and four-bedroom townhome and single-family floor plans.
