Project
RM Interiors worked with Ridgemont Residential on The Villas at Ridgeline Vista, providing the flooring package across 116 townhomes.
Our scope included EF Airwaves carpet, Emser 12×24 tile, and RMX Coyote plank for a cohesive, maintenance-focused spec throughout the homes.
The Villas at Ridgeline Vista is located in Brighton, Colorado, just northeast of Denver, and offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhome layouts, giving residents suburban living options with a range of home sizes in the north Denver area.
