RM Interiors worked with Paran Homes on Avilla Holloway, providing the flooring package across 135 single-family rental homes.
Our scope includes Mohawk Dealer Solutions plank throughout main living spaces and bedrooms for a consistent, maintenance-friendly spec.
Avilla Holloway is located in the Atlanta metro, with homes in the McDonough and Stockbridge area on the southeast side of the city, and is planned with one-, two-, and three-bedroom single-story leased homes to serve a range of household sizes.
