RM Interiors worked with BB Living on Burden Orchards, providing the flooring package across 198 rental homes totaling roughly 289,000 square feet.
Our scope included MSI Cyrus plank throughout main living areas and bedrooms with MSI subway tile in wet areas for a clean, maintenance-friendly spec across the community.
Burden Orchards is a brand-new rental neighborhood in East Mesa offering three- and four-bedroom townhomes and single-family homes
