Project
RM Interiors worked with HHS Residential on the Tricon Garland community, providing the flooring package across 101 rental townhomes totaling roughly 179,000 square feet.
Our scope included RMX plank in main living areas, RMX carpet in bedrooms, and EMSER tile in wet areas for a cohesive, maintenance-friendly spec throughout the homes.
Tricon Garland is a new construction rental townhome community in Garland, about 15 miles northeast of downtown Dallas.
