Project
RM Interiors worked with Bela Flor on Honeycutt Run, providing the flooring package across 209 single-family rental homes.
Our scope included RMX plank throughout living areas and bedrooms with EMSER tile in wet areas and entries, creating a consistent, low-maintenance spec across the community.
Honeycutt Run sits at the east end of Honeycutt Road at the front door of the Tortosa master-planned area in Maricopa.
The community features one, two, and three-bedroom rental homes with high-end finishes, smart-home technology, and private fenced backyards, along with resort-style amenities including a pool, fitness center, dog park, and clubhouse, all within easy reach of local dining and main routes into the Phoenix metro.
