RM Interiors worked with Innovation Builders on Innovation Villas, providing the flooring package across 145 single-family rental homes totaling roughly 188,500 square feet.
Our scope included Mohawk Westward plank throughout main living areas and bedrooms for a consistent, maintenance-focused spec across the community.
Innovation Villas at West Maricopa Village is located at 21055 N Village Parkway in Maricopa, Arizona, in the Pinal County corridor south of Phoenix, and offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom single-story homes.
