RM Interiors worked with TKR Construction on River Road Townhomes, providing the flooring package across 80 new rental townhomes totaling roughly 120,000 square feet.
Our scope included Urban Surfaces Studio 12 plank throughout main living areas and bedrooms for a consistent, maintenance-friendly spec.
River Road Townhomes is located in north Columbus, Georgia, and offers spacious four-bedroom townhome layouts.
