Project
RM Interiors worked with Tricon Residential on Tricon Saginaw, providing the flooring package across 120 single-family rental homes totaling approximately 220,000 square feet.
Our scope included RMX plank in main living areas and bedrooms, RMX carpet in select spaces, and EMSER tile in wet areas for a cohesive, low-maintenance spec.
Tricon Saginaw is a new rental home community in Saginaw, just north of downtown Fort Worth, offering three- and four-bedroom floor plans.
