Project
RM Interiors worked with Bridge Tower Group on The Reserve at Arden Park, providing the flooring package across 150 rental homes totaling roughly 225,000 square feet.
Our scope included RMX carpet in bedrooms, Emser 12×24 tile in wet areas, and Urban Surfaces Foundations plank throughout main living spaces for a unified, low-maintenance spec.
The Reserve at Arden Park is a new construction community in Anna, Texas, just north of McKinney along the US-75 corridor. The neighborhood features three- and four-bedroom single-family homes.
